Airport Transfers
The following airport transfers have been arranged. You can book these when you register for the conference:
KeriKeri transfers are $30 per person. Whangarei transfers are $50 per person.

• Wednesday 2 November - Arrival Whangarei Airport 5.00pm, transfer to Paihia 
• Wednesday 2 November - Arrival Whangarei Airport - 7.35pm, transfer to Paihia 
• Wednesday 2 November - Arrival Kerikeri Airport - 5.15pm, transfer to Paihia 
• Wednesday 2 November - Arrival Kerikeri Airport - 8.35pm, transfer to Paihia 
• Thursday 3 November - Arrival Whangarei Airport - 9.30am, transfer to Paihia 
• Thursday 3 November - Arrival Kerikeri Airport - 9.30am, transfer to Paihia 

Return Transfers

• Saturday 5 November - Paihia to Whangarei Airport - pick up at 1100hrs from Paihia (for 1345hrs flight to Auckland)
• Saturday 5 November - Paihia to Kerikeri Airport - pick up at 1300hrs from Paihia (for 1500hrs flight to Auckland)

​Car Parking
You will find free parking available for visitors to Waitangi Treaty Grounds right outside the main entrance, in two large carparks with additional parking available across the road on Tau Henare Drive.

As a courtesy to speakers, delegates are requested to switch mobile phones to silent during sessions. 

Credit Cards
Credit cards are widely accepted. Commonly accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express . These cards are accepted at this Meeting.

• Saturday 5 November, 8.15am - Paihia Information Centre to Conference Venue
• Saturday 5 November, 12.45pm - Conference Venue to Paihia Information Centre 

Driving
We are about 3 hours drive from Auckland. Follow State Highway 1 north to Whangarei (165km) and then follow the signs north to Kawakawa (a further 60km). From there, follow the signs to the Bay of Islands and Paihia (15km). Take the waterfront road through Paihia to the roundabout. Go straight through the roundabout and across the one-lane bridge to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds (signposted).

Goods and Services Tax
Goods and services in NZ are subject to a 15% tax (GST). 

Insurance
Delegates are advised to book comprehensive travel and medical insurance and ensure that all possessions are adequately insured. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the conference. The Conference Managers will not accept any responsibility for delegates failing to arrange insurance.

Liability Disclaimer
The Organising Committee, including the Conference Managers, will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the meeting or related events. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Conference Managers accept no responsibility for loss of monies.

Name Badges
All delegates will be given a name badge upon registration. This name badge is your official pass to all sessions, catering areas and any social functions. It is necessary for delegates to wear their name badge at all time when onsite.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is banned in public buildings, hotels and restaurants in NZ, including the conference venue.
